FAQ's

1) How quick is your turn-around time?

At GK Prep we aim to have your stock collected next day after arrival, however for some larger deliveries such as pallet deliveries, may take slightly longer however no longer than 48-72 hours. We take pride in our turnaround time, as we believe this can make a huge difference to a businesses performance!

2) What happens if my products arrive damaged from a wholesaler or retailer?

Firstly we will contact you with all the pictures necessary, quantity of units damaged and their overall damage. We are more than happy to return the stock to either the retailer or yourself depending on your preference!

3) What happens if you damage one of my items?

In a rare occurrence that we damage one of your products, we would kindly ask you to provide us an invoice of the stock so we can reimburse you for the COGs x1.2. However I wouldn't worry as this isn't something that happens regularly as we take great care of the stock!

4) Do you need access to my amazon account?

Yes we will, however only limited access is required to make shipments and create SKU labels for you. Once you have signed up to the service, we are more than happy to run you over everything that needs doing and ticking in the user permissions tab!

5) Do you accept pallets?

Simple answer, of course we do! Our unit is more than big enough to store double digits amount of pallets if need be, please get in contact with us if we are to expect a pallet delivery!

6) How do I pay for the prep service?

At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice from us at GK Prep to pay for all your prep fees. The amount we charged is based on what we record on the spreadsheet, which you have access to 24/7. If you have any queries, be sure to reach out!

7) What does GK Prep do?

GK Prep is a reliable and client-focused Amazon FBA prep centre, dedicated to providing efficient, high quality prep and shipping services for sellers. Our aim is to provide the necessary help to sellers who perhaps don't have enough time to do the hands on job of an amazon FBA business.

8) What is Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA)?

Amazon FBA is the one you hear about the most, where you simply send your products into an amazon fulfilment centre and they take care of the rest. All you have to do is sit back and watch your products sell, this is the more hands-off approach for sellers - especially if you have a prep centre like us!

9) What is Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM)?

Amazon FBM means sellers store, pack and ship their products directly to the customers. This gives sellers more control over inventory and shipping but definitely requires a lot more hands-on management.

10) What are your operating hours?

We operate 9-5 from Monday to Friday, however special arrangements can be made if needed.

11) What is considered S+L, Standard and Oversize?

These are the measurements we go off:

Small + Light = ≤0.25g

Standard = ≤9kg and dimensions shouldn't exceed 45cm x 34cm x 26cm

12) Are you insured?

Yes, we have comprehensive business insurance to cover your inventory while in our care.

13) Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for bulk orders as we believe the pricing we offer is the best in the market and is very competitively priced to ensure you're getting the best prices possible.
